The Rajya Sabha has been adjourned sine die amid a continuing opposition ruckus after a brief sitting. The House bade farewell to three of its members who are set to retire in a few months.
Both Houses of Parliament saw sloganeering by opposition MPs, mainly from the Congress Party, who came with the placards questioning Prime Minister Modi's silence on his tainted Ministers.
There has been no significant business during this Parliament session following the continuous disruption by the opposition parties over Lalit Modi scandal and Vyapam scam.
The key legislations including GST bill is yet to be passed by the Rajya Sabha.
