Former IPS officer Y.P. Singh on Saturday said 'Ramcharitmanas' depicts India's culture and does not promote any religion.
" Tuslidas's 'Ramcharitmanas' depicts India's culture and does not promote any religion. AIR started playing the main recordings of the music and gradually it was played at radio stations across northern India.
