Rare 'Star Wars' memorabilia goes up for auction

Behind-the-scenes 'Star Wars' photos, signed art and Historic movie cameras used during filming are set to go under the hammer.

Carrie Fisher, who played the role of Princess Leia, has given 20 candid photos of herself, Harrison Ford, and Mark Hamill on the set of the American epic space opera franchise for auction, which is set to be held at the 'Debbie Reynolds: The Auction Finale' on May 17 and 18, CNET reported.

The memorabilia includes a 'Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back' advance 1-sheet poster signed by Fisher, Carrie Fisher's personal 'Star Wars' program plus a rare photo of herself with Chewbacca actor Peter Mayhew, a collection of 'Star Wars' posters signed by Fisher, as well as an 'Empires Strikes Back' lithograph and a Princess Leia ink sketch.
