Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif Khonsari on Sunday expressed his country's desire to work with both, India and Pakistan covering all bilateral aspects.
"We are ready to work with our friends in India and Pakistan," the minister said.
Khonsari visited the world famous Golden Temple here, while marking his presence in the sixth Heart of Asia Summit being held in the city.
While addressing the conference earlier today, the minister stressed on the strong bond Iran shares with both, India and Pakistan, showing its willingness to mediate in the issue of Kashmir, if both the countries want so.
"We hope for the best of both countries. If Iran can be of any help, we stand ready."
He also wished for better relations between the neighbouring countries, India and Pakistan in the coming future.

The minister also said that all the three countries share common ideas of future democratic international system.
The Heart of Asia Conference was jointly inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in the city earlier today.
