The Republican National Committee (RNC) has withdrawn itself from a joint fundraising agreement with Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore after charges of sexual misconduct with teenage women surfaced against him.
According to a Federal Election Commission the GOP establishment continues to break ties with the Alabama Senate candidate. The National Republican Senatorial Committee was the first among them to drop itself from the agreement, reported CNN.
The Alabama Republican Party and Moore's official senatorial campaign are the two fund joint fundraising agreement left supporting Moore in the campaign.
This came after few women stepped forward, saying Moore pursued relationships with them when they were teenagers.
However, Moore has flatly denied the allegation levelled against him.
