Cristiano Ronaldo has dismissed Sepp Blatter's apology after the FIFA president said the Real Madrid superstar has more expenses at the hairdressers than the other when asked to compare him with Lionel Messi.
According to Metro.co.uk, Blatter apologised on Twitter to the Portuguese star about the comments that he made at an Oxford Union address.
However, when asked about an alleged phone call made by Blatter to say sorry, Ronaldo said that he does not have a telephone and his secretary forgot to tell him about it.
The forward also praised city rivals Atletico Madrid for their impressive start to this season's campaign, with Diego Simeone's side joint-top with Barcelona of La Liga after 15 games, the report said.
The Portuguese international has been sidelined for Madrid's last two games, but says that he will definitely play against Copenhagen in the Champions League next week, the report added.
