Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney opted to spend his birthday with his family this year, having a low-key dinner at his favourite Chinese restaurant.
According to The Daily Express, it looks as though family life has taken hold of the England footballer after the 28-year-old looked relaxed and content as he left Wings restaurant in Manchester with wife Coleen, three-year old Kai and Klay, who was born in May this year.
The Manchester United striker kept things casual for his intimate dinner celebration, opting for a pair of jeans and a black puffa jacket, the report said.
Coleen and Klay upped the stylish stakes though, with Coleen looking gorgeous in a leopard print shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans and Klay in an adorable checked shirt and jeans combo, the report added.
The foursome was joined by a couple of family friends, including fellow footballers Joe Hart and Ryan Giggs, who brought along their respective partners, according to the report.
Rooney even took to Twitter to thank fans for their birthday wishes later.
