Prince Louis, the third child of Duke and Duchess of Cambridge-- Prince William and Kate Middleton, has been christened at a private ceremony here.
The christening took place at The Chapel Royal in St. James's Palace, reported CNN.
Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip were not present at the christening of their sixth great-grandchild on Monday afternoon, according to a guest list released by Kensington Palace.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex - Prince Harry and Meghan Markle - were also present at the ceremony.
Prince Louis was born on April 23 and is the younger brother to Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 3.
According to Kensington Palace, Prince Louis wore a handmade replica of the Royal Christening Robe, which was made in 1841 and was used for christening Queen Victoria's eldest daughter.
Following the church service, the guests were invited to a private tea at Clarence House, residence of Prince Charles and his wife Camilla.
