Around 14 people have lost their lives while several are missing in a building collapse here. The death toll is expected to increase as rescue work continues.
"As of (Wednesday) morning, 14 bodies have been recovered," the Russian Emergencies Ministry told Sputnik.
Rescue efforts have been hindered due to the risk of debris falling down.
