The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Wednesday refused to stay the arrests of Ryan International School trustees in the case related to the murder of seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur.

Justice Inderjit Singh passed the order while hearing the interim bail plea of the Ryan International School trustees.

The trustees of Ryan International Schools-- Augustine Francis Pinto, his wife Grace and their son Ryan had on Saturday moved the High Court, seeking anticipatory bail in the matter.

The High Court also issued a notice to the Haryana Government and sought a reply in the matter.

The next hearing in the case will take place on Monday.

"Next hearing will take place on Monday. The High Court said it's a serious issue and it cannot take a decision without hearing all the sides," Susheel Tekriwal, Pradyuman's lawyer told ANI.
