S.Korean President to discuss Korean Peninsula security with Obama

South Korean President Park Geun-hye is likely to meet U.S. President Barack Obama on June 16 in Washington to discuss the security situation on the Korean Peninsula in the face of consistent threats from North Korea, a White House statement said.

According to the statement reported by the media, the talks will also focus on economic and global issues as well as cooperation in environment, health and cyber security between the two nations.
