Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who has been loved over the years for his character 'Prem' in several movies, especially in Sooraj Barjatya's 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun', has said that the reason he did Anees Bazmi's 'Kick' was because he missed being 'Prem'.
While addressing the media at the trailer launch of his upcoming film 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo', the 'Dabangg' actor said, "I have missed being 'Prem' so much that I did a film called 'Kick' of Anees Bazmi. I will try to make a Sooraj Barjatya film with Anees Bazmi kind of comedy and I would have been called 'Prem' in that movie."
The 49-year-old actor, who will be hosting controversial reality show 'Bigg Boss Season-9', will be seen romancing Sonam Kapoor in his upcoming flick for the first time, 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo'.
Directed by Sooraj Barjatya, the movie is a family drama which also stars Anupam Kher and Neil Nitin Mukesh in pivotal roles.
The movie is scheduled to release on November 12.
