The security forces have gunned down a terrorist responsible for the attack on an army camp in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district.
According to Army sources, the search for the other terrorist is on.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had earlier assured that all necessary actions are being followed with regard to the militant attack on an army camp in Samba.
Defence PRO Lt. Colonel Manish Mehta, however, said that any information in this regard would be possible only after the identification of the body.
"The special forces are conducting the operation and moving ahead rapidly. There is no confirmation until we see the body and identify it, it is too premature to say anything," he said.
Mehta had earlier said, as per inputs received so far, two people were likely involved in the attack but added that it was difficult to say whether they were from the same group which attacked a police station in Kathua yesterday.
The Samba attack has come less than 24 hours after six people, including two militants, were killed in an attack on the Rajbagh police station in the state's Kathua district.
