San Francisco has been reportedly named the first most dynamic city in the world for business, followed by London and Dubai.
The rankings were allotted after comparing 111 business hubs for their advantages and disadvantages in a study called the City Momentum Index, carried out by the real estate consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle.
Meanwhile, Chinese metropolises, Shanghai and Wuhan occupied the third slot, while UAE stood 5th in building permits ranking.
According to the Gulf news, the rankings reflect how well a city is able to get ahead and meet its socio-economic goals and the momentum this can derive for its commercial realty.
New York, Austin, Hong Kong, San Jose and Singapore occupied the remaining slots in the Top 10 list of most dynamic cities in the world.
