Sandra Bullock has been named the 2013 Entertainer of the Year by Entertainment Weekly.
The 'Lake House' actress bagged the top honor in the magazine's annual Entertainers of the Year issue, the New York Post reported.
Matthew McConaughey, who has been awarded with the same title said that Bullock could run a country if she wanted to.
