Have you ever imagined 'Sex and the City' without Sarah Jessica Parker portraying Carrie Bradshaw, well this could have been a possibility as the actress has revealed that she never wanted to take the role.
In a recent interview, the 50-year-old actress said that she was unsure about filming the pilot for the HBO's hit-series because she didn't want to be tied down to a TV series.
Actor Seth Rudetsky revealed that the actress agreed to take up the role when she came to know that the show was picked up by HBO.
He added that the mother of three didn't want to be tied down to one job because she loved going from gig to gig.
However, despite of her initial hesitations, the actress reportedly fell in love with the script, which Darren Starr wrote specifically with the actress in mind.
