Sarah Michelle Gellar just gifted her fans something special as she has officially signed on to reprise her role as Kathryn Merteuil in NBC's 'Cruel Intentions' sequel.
The 38-year-old actress will star in the project that will be written by Jordan Ross and Lindsey Rosin and the original film's writer/director Roger Kumble, reports E! Online.
This will serve as a follow-up to the 1999 movie.
Gellar took to her Instagram account and announced the news by posting a photo with Roger Kumble and Neal Moritz.
