Sarah Palin's family allegedly got into a drunken brawl at a birthday bash in Alaska.

According to an insider, the fight started when the 50-year-old former Governor of Alaska's son, Track Palin, confronted one of his sister Williow's former lovers after arriving at the party, Us Magazine reported.

An attendee said that Palin's daughter Bristol Palin then got involved and started "really" punching a man in the face like six times, which seemed like an assault.

The Anchorage Police Department said in a statement to the Alaska Dispatch News that it was "verbal and physical altercation" in which about 20 people were involved.

Police spokesperson Jennifer Castro added that a preliminary investigation by police revealed that a party had been taking place at a nearby residence and a fight had broken out between multiple subjects outside of the residence.

Castro continued that none of the involved parties wanted to press charges at the time of the incident and no arrests were made at the scene, where alcohol was believed to have been a factor in the incident.
