Sarita also thanked cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar for supporting her.
"I am very happy that Sachin Tendulkar supported me because he is a great player and he felt that way. The Sports Minister, Boxing India and everyone is with me. So, I don't need to be scared. I will again be able to enter the ring and try to win gold medal in the Olympics," she added.
Expressing hope that the International Boxing Association (AIBA) would cancel her suspension as soon as possible, she thanked the entire nation for standing with her during her bad times.
