Formula One legend Michael Schumacher's wife reportedly put on a brave face while making her first public appearance since his ski accident.
Corinna, aged 45, was reportedly smiling as she hosted a horse-riding competition at her ranch in Switzerland.
Corinna's demeanour was taken as a sign that Schumacher's condition is continuing to improve, reports The Daily Star.
Schumacher suffered severe brain damage and was in a medically induced coma for almost six months after he hit his head on rocks while skiing in the French Alps last December.
A Swiss radio reporter said that Corinna, who is a former horse riding world champion, was the epitome of grace and charm, adding that a life on hold has now flooded back to her.
The reporter said that this was a statement to the world that she is comfortable with the progress Schumacher is making and knows that life must always go on.
Corinna visits her husband daily at a rehab clinic in Lausanne where he has been for the past three weeks, the report added.
