Famous fast food chain McDonald's has addressed some common concerns among customers regarding their food.

When the company was asked if their milkshakes have pig fat in them, they vehemently denied the claim, asserting that the thick shakes get their signature thickness from cooling and blending process as well as a few common thickeners, News.com.au reported.

The company also denied claims that they use the whole cow in their beef patties, insisting that only beef they use is forequarter and hindquarter trimmings, along with whole muscle cuts.

While explaining why their cheeseburgers look the same even after two years, the global firm said that the reason why their products don't break down or decompose is that once the food is cooked there isn't enough moisture to support bacterial growth, so it simply dries out.
