At least five Kurdistan Workers' Party or the PKK terrorists were killed during a gunfight with security forces in southeastern Hakkari province on Wednesday.

The four were women out of the five terrorists killed in the operation.

The regional governor's office in a statement said, "The clash took place in the Serabatin area in the Semdinli district of the province."
