Selena Gomez's stalker has been sentenced a 30 days "lockdown" in mental health facility for treatment.
After 30 days, the follower identified as Che Cruz, is ordered to complete a total of 180 days at the facility, but he's not required to stay there, TMZ.com reported.
The judge also issued an unusual, 10-year protective order, requiring the stalker to stay 200 yards from the 21-year-old star; however, he has already violated a protective order.
Cruz has shown up and actually trespassed repeatedly at Gomez's property.
