Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah on Saturday said his party would form the next government in Bihar by winning polls with a comfortable majority.

Stating that the people of Bihar are angry with the Nitish Kumar Government, Shah said: "I have seen anger against mismanagement. I want to say on the basis of assessment that when counting takes place on November 8, it is certain that the BJP will form a government with two-third majority in Bihar."

He promised the people to make Bihar the most developed state in the country. The third, fourth and fifth phases of polling will be held on October 28, November 1 and November 5, respectively.

The counting of votes will take place on November 8.

The RJD, JD (U) and Congress are contesting the polls as a Mahagathbandhan (grand alliance" to ensure that the BJP-led NDA doesn't achieve majority in the state. The votes will be counted on November 08.
