Shakira has confessed that she is 'quite' proud of her post-baby ass.
The 36-year-old curvaceous singer, who flashed her toned body on the cover of SELF magazine, said that she did Zumba through out her pregnancy to help her in not gaining too much weight, the New York Daily News reported.
The popstar said that she kept burning calories with the high-paced dance exercise after giving birth by doing a weeklong of personal training with Zumba's creator Beto Perez and incorporating four to five morning workouts a week.
The 'Hips Don't Lie' hitmaker confessed that she followed a fitness regime, which included plies and squeezing her buns 30 times to get her butt back in shape.
The Colombian singer worked hard to get back into shape after she gave birth to son Milan in January, for her judging stint on 'The Voice'.
