Actors Shania Twain and Britt Robertson have been roped in to star opposite KJ Apa in 'I Still Believe', Lionsgate's faith-based biopic on Christian music star Jeremy Camp.
Melissa Roxburgh and Nathan Dean Parsons have also joined the star cast of the film, reported Variety.
Twain will play Jeremy's mother Terry Camp, while Robertson will play Melissa Henning, who married Jeremy in 2000. On the other hand, Roxburgh will essay the role of Henning's older sister and Parsons will play a rock star friend who mentors Jeremy.
Brothers Jon and Andrew Erwin and their producing partner Kevin Downes are reteaming with Lionsgate following the success of their 2018 film 'I Can Only Imagine', which grossed around USD 85 million worldwide.
The Erwin brothers will direct the upcoming drama and the script will be written by Jon Erwin and Jon Gunn.
The upcoming film is their first project coming out of their film and TV first-look deal with Lionsgate, announced earlier this year.
'I Still Believe' will go on floors this month in Alabama. The film is set to hit the big screens on March 20, 2020.
