Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas welcomes Nikhil Naredi as partner

Nikhil Naredi joins the Mumbai office of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. as a Partner and will be part of the Firm's Capital Markets practice with effect from 11 October 2017.

Nikhil has over 13 years of experience, including over five years at the Singapore office of an international law firm, in advising clients on a wide variety of domestic and overseas securities offerings, involving public offerings and private placements of equity, equity-linked and debt securities.

Welcoming Nikhil to the Firm, Shardul S. Shroff, Executive Chairman, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. said, "We are very excited about Nikhil joining the Firm. With his vast experience of over 13 years on a variety of securities offerings in India and abroad, his presence expands and strengthens the reach of our Capital Markets practice. Nikhil is an alumnus of the Columbia University, New York and National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He has worked with the Mumbai office of Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and the Singapore office of Jones Day, prior to joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
