Shia LaBeouf was taken in by police during a Broadway performance of 'Cabaret' recently for disorderly conduct.
A NYPD spokesperson told the Hollywood Reporter that though the 28-year-old actor was held in custody at the Midtown North police station and was expected to be charged, the incident had not been filed on papers yet.
He added that the episode took place at Studio 54 during the show, where the 'Transformers' star was misbehaving and being loud.
Meanwhile, Broadway songwriter Benj Pasek took to Twitter to confirm that he saw LaBeouf "cuffed and in tears" while 6 police officers accompanied him outside the venue.
The actor, who did not reprise his role in the latest 'Transformers' film, had been making headlines for a number of bizarre incidents since early 2014.
