Barry Saide has accused his nephew Shia LaBeouf of ruining him financially after a case was filed against him for not paying back a loan of 800,000 dollars.
The 'Transformers' star and his mom Shayna Saide had filed the suit against Saide, after he failed to pay the first installment of the loan earlier this year, charging him for stiffing the money, the New York Daily News reported.
LaBeouf and Shayna have demanded that the money should be paid back immediately along with the full interest.
Saide has claimed in the court paper that he was wronged by his 27-year-old actor nephew and that LaBeouf has changed as he is trying to ruin his own uncle financially.
He further added that he would have never borrowed money from the actor and his mother if he was aware of the consequences.
Saide- whose suit seeks a judgment for the 800,000 dollars, plus 39,999.95 dollars in interest- is now seeking to fight off the money judgment.
He stated that according to the loan agreement, the debt can be paid off by giving a 25 percent share of his companies to LaBeouf and his mother.
