'Shivaay' trailer grabs 'EPIC' views within hours post release

Within just 15 hours of its release, the trailer of Ajay Devgn's much awaited movie 'Shivaay' garnered around 2.5 million views.

The film's official Twitter handle shared the news and posted, "This is big, this is EPIC. Around 2.5 million views on #ShivaayTrailer in just 15 Hours. Thank you so much to all our fans."

The trailer of the film, which also Erika Kaar and Sayyeshaa Saigal, sees Devgn as an innocent Himalayan mountaineer, capable of being a destroyer and protector like Lord Shiva.

The very famous Shiva Trilogy author Amish Tripathi took to his Twitter handle to laud the intriguing trailer of Ajay Devgn directed flick.

"Wow! Awesome trailer @ajaydevgn. Look forward to seeing Shivaay! #ShivaayTrailer," he tweeted.

B-Town too took to their respective Twitter handles to shower their applause on the movie.

The movie speaks about the God lying within an everyman, which is very well said in the movie, "Na aadi na antt uska, woh sabka na inka-unka. Wahi Shunya hain, wahi ikaye, jiske bheetar basa Shivaay (With no beginning and no end.Indivisible and equal to all.Nothing and yet.Shiva is in all of us.
