Washington, May 3 (ANI): British Astronaut Tim Peake has launched a contest for school kids to develop a meal for him to eat in space.
Major Peake launched the competition for school kids to come up with a tasty meal for his mission to the ISS next year, the BBC reported.
The winning contestants are going to be developing their ideas further with celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal.
The Judges are also looking for fun and healthy menus, which have an element of "Britishness" in them.
Much of the food that is sent to the ISS is dehydrated and contained in vacuum packs to save space and weight, which are then reconstituted with water.
