Silvio Berlusconi's, seven-year prison sentence has been overturned by the judges in Milan in a case where he was accused of paying for sex with an underage prostitute, according to reports.
Last year, a court found that the 77-year-old politician had paid for sex with a 17-year-old nightclub dancer, Karima El-Mahroug, known as "Ruby the Heartstealer", the BBC reported.
Berlusconi's lawyer said that it goes beyond their rosiest expectations.
During the trial reports emerged of raunchy "bunga-bunga" parties at Berlusconi's private villa attended by showgirls where some of the female guests described them as "elegant dinner parties".
