Simon Cowell's former girlfriend Sinitta has revealed that Lauren Silverman's pregnancy news left her "completely and utterly stunned".
The 49-year old British-American singer said that she felt "betrayed" by the 53-year old music mogul as he was adamant on not having children when they were dating, in the 80s, but is very excited and looking forward to being a dad now, the Mirror reported.
She added that she had no idea of Cowell's affair with Silverman, and though he sounded strangely calm, all sorts of emotions were running inside her, on hearing the news.
Sources revealed that her friends fear that she will now be frozen out of the X Factor judge's inner circle of pals by his pregnant gal-pal, and that he will no longer have time for her while he is bringing up a child.
Cowell met Sinitta as she began her pop career with him promoting her music and trying to make her a star, but soon their friendship "will be tested", when the baby arrives.
