Former Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller has revealed that Eurythmics star Annie Lennox played an important role in encouraging distinct personas of the girl group.
In the documentary 'The Fuller Picture: The Simon Fuller Story' for BBC Radio 2, Fuller said that Lennox was secretly one of the architects of the group's success who encouraged them to "ham up" their characters and be "louder and more brash and more specific", the Guardian reported.
He added that the 59-year-old Scottish singer-songwriter may not be too happy to have her role made public.
