Veteran actor and BJP leader Shatrughan Sinha on Monday reiterated that Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief Ram Vilas Paswan is the most suitable candidate to be Bihar's next chief minister.
"We have many faces for the Bihar chief ministerial candidate, and, if we don't get a clear face, than surely BJP and the NDA should mutually declare him (Paswan) as the chief ministerial candidate," said the actor-turned politician.
Sinha further said that it was his personal and the party's opinion that an acceptable, respectable, experienced and matured leader like Ram Vilas Paswan should be the chief ministerial candidate for Bihar in the upcoming assembly polls.
He, however, said that it was not up to him but for the parliamentary board of the BJP to decide.
Sinha also spoke about Bihar's "Mountain Man" Dashrath Manjhi.
He told ANI "The film 'Manjhi' signifies strength, power and commitment Bihar's DNA carries".
