South Korea's presidential office Blue House, some government agencies and news media websites on Tuesday came under hacker attack, according to Yonhap News Agency.
It is reported that the cyber attacks happened at around 9:30 am local time. South Korean goverment has issued a cyber alert after the websites of blue house and other government offices and news media were found to have been hacked.
It is unclear who launched the hacking attack on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the outbreak of the 1950-53 Korean War.
The home page of Cheong Wa Dae (blue house) is now showing a message saying that it has been temporarily shut down for repair.
Right after the hacking attack began, the website displayed a message in red reading, "Great leader Kim Jong-un. Kim Jong-un is North Korea's supreme leader.
