SpiceJet, which was forced to ground its entire fleet this morning after the oil companies refused to refuel its planes, has reportedly resumed its flight services.
According to reports, SpiceJet has been asked by the Oil Ministry to submit a 10-day plan for revival of the airline.
Earlier in the day, scores of passengers were left stranded at the Delhi Airport after their flights were cancelled at the eleventh hour. SpiceJet passengers were left stranded in Mumbai for the same reason yesterday.
The Civil Aviation Ministry had earlier on Tuesday said that it would request the oil companies and the airport operators to extend a 15-day credit facility to SpiceJet in a bid to save the airline from shutting down.
