The Supreme Court on Wednesday revealed that the Mudgal Committee, which was investigating the IPL spot fixing scandal had named ousted Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) President N. Srinivasan, along with 12 prominent players in its report.
The court has also said that Srinivasan cannot discharge any duty in the BCCI and added that its March 28 order stands.
On March 28, the apex court had removed Srinivasan as the BCCI President and had placed Former Indian Captain Sunil Gavaskar as the interim head of the cricketing body and will manage activities related to IPL only.
Meanwhile, the court has also allowed Sundar Raman to continue as the Chief Operating Officer of the IPL, as the seventh season has already begun.
