The Delhi police on Tuesday said that the investigation in Sunanda Pushkar death case is still going on and any additional information received will be put before the High Court.
"At this time we won't go into arguments and counter arguments of each and every aspect of what is said and what is not said as the matter is still under investigation," Delhi Police spokesperson Dependra Pathak said.
He further said that the matter is already before the High Court and hence commenting on any reports by a news channel or a newspaper will not be proper.
"Let the investigation complete and whatever the High Court has asked Delhi Police to show in the status report we will be doing exactly that,' he said.
Earlier on July 6, Parliament and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) member Subramanian Swamy had filed a PIL in the Delhi High Court seeking a court-monitored enquiry into the mysterious death of Sunanda.
Sunanda Pushkar, wife of Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, was found dead at a suite in a five star hotel in South Delhi on the night of January 17, 2014.
