Susan Sarandon has put her role of a grandmother first, and is changing her plans to be with baby Marlowe.
The 67-year-old star, who had earlier planned to Burning Man festival in Nevada, where she was going to spread the ashes of Dr. Timothy Leary, recently became grandmother for the very first time to her daughter Eva Amurri's newborn, the New York Post reported.
The actress would now take ashes of Leary, who died in 1996 and was described by President Richard Nixon as "the most dangerous man in America," next year.
A source said that Leary's ashes were shared by Sarandon, who was a close friend, and Winona Ryder, who was his goddaughter.
Sarandon had also missed the 5th anniversary of her pingpong club SPiN, which she had opened with her boyfriend Jonathan Bricklin.
