American singer Taylor Swift's team has announced that she's launching her very first women's clothing line in China.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the 25-year-old pop star's decision to expand her empire comes as a direct response to the rampant counterfeiting problem in China.
Swift's business was directly affected, as a whole slew of unauthorized Taylor Swift products are being sold around the country, including guitars featuring the star's signature.
After that, Swift joined aforementioned two of China's biggest e-commerce names JD.com and Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., so that she could put out her own official products.
The 'Bad Blood' singer will be performing two concerts in Shanghai, China, in November.
