American TV actor Matthew Perry recently opened up about his struggle with alcohol and drug addiction and revealed how he finally got sober and overcame it.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 46-year-old actor, who is currently seen on CBS comedy 'The Odd Couple' with ex Lauren Graham, said that he landed into a big trouble when his alcohol addiction became public because he was on the TV.
He added that since he is the part of television industry so it becomes easy to create awareness and often takes this advantage from time to time.
Earlier, this year, the former ' Friends' star was honored for his work with Phoenix House, a non-profit drug and alcohol rehabilitation center.
