Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh expanded his council of ministers on Friday.
Bhaiyalal Rajwade , Mahesh Gagda and Dayaldas Baghel were sworn in as new ministers today and the strength of the Raman Singh Cabinet has gone upto 13 with their induction.
State Governor Balram Dass Tandon administered the oath of office and secrecy to the ministers. These three posts had been vacant for the last 18 months.
Gagda hails from the Bastar division in Bijapur District, Rajwade comes from Baikunthpur and Baghel from Navagarh.
Several other legislators are likely to be sworn in as parliamentary secretaries this evening at the Chief Minister House.
