American football quarterback Tim Tebow has reportedly been hired as an analyst for US sports giant ESPN's upcoming SEC Network, under a new multi-year agreement.

NFL team New York Jets could find no role for Tebow in their futile offense and waived him after last season and although Tebow was signed by the New England Patriots, but did not make the roster and sat out this season.

According to the New York Post, Tebow, who won two national championships with Florida, said that he is excited that ESPN has given him the opportunity to be a part of the unparalleled passion of college football and the SEC (Southeastern Conference), which is one of the major US collegiate sports conferences.

However, Tebow insisted that he would continue to pursue his dream of dream of playing quarterback in the NFL.

Despite that statement, this could signal the Tebow's realization he will not be an NFL quarterback after a four-year saga, the report added.
