The expert suggested breaking the habit of routine behaviour, which means that you should not just "get by" until something better comes along.
New job seekers should maintain and create personal contacts to keep themselves energized.
It was advised that workers should also try to meet new people. If you are always hanging out with the same people, break the pattern. Set up coffee or lunch meetings with someone new, and take the time to learn from others in the organization.
Staying active on social media can also help. It was suggested not to post that you are looking for a job, but rather find ways to connect with new people related to your desired job.
