Nepal's Sindhupalchok District experienced its first aftershock of the New Year at the crack of dawn on Saturday.
The tremor was a light one, measuring 4.2 on the Richter Scale and occurred at 3.15 a.m., reports The Himalayan Times.
The National Seismological Centre (NSC) had on Friday recorded a tremor on the Indian side, close to Nepal's Darchula District.
