United States President Donald Trump has alluded to signing an executive order saying he will use "the power of the pen" to provide care to the citizens as the Congress has not succeeded in the same.
Trump, in a tweet, stated, "Since Congress can't get its act together on HealthCare, I will be using the power of the pen to give great HealthCare to many people - FAST."
Though it is unclear what plan he intends to enact.
The tweet comes after repeated attempts by the Senate to pass legislation to repeal and replace 'Obamacare'.
Earlier in late September, the Republican Senate did not vote on the Graham-Cassidy bill to repeal 'Obamacare', an affordable health insurance introduced by former U.S. President Barack Obama.
The party failed to win adequate support from its own senators.
