Minister of State for Civil Aviation Mahesh Sharma on Tuesday said that all passengers on board a Turkish Airlines flight, which made an emergency landing at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here, are offloaded, adding that all the security agencies are working in coordination.
"Good part is all passengers are offloaded. Our all security agencies working in coordination," he said.
Sharma further said that all other flights are kept in safe distance from the Turkish Airlines flight.
Sources have stated that a message written on the bathroom mirror of the plane warned about the bomb in the luggage compartment. When contacted, the Nagpur Air Traffic Controller guided the flight to Delhi.
The flight was plying between Bangkok and Istanbul before making the emergency landing in New Delhi.
