Two minors accused in the Nido Tania murder case have been released on probation for a year and asked to pay a fine of Rs. 10,000 each.
Farman, who is one of the four accused in this case, is presently lodged in jail since his arrest.
The minors, who had allegedly assaulted Tania, are facing an inquiry before the Juvenile Justice Board in New Delhi.
Tania was allegedly beaten at Lajpat Nagar in South Delhi on January 29 last year as he got into a brawl with local shopkeepers while reacting to a verbal racial slur and taunts on his hair style.
When he didn't wake up the next day, his friends took him to the AIIMS where he was declared dead.
