The Embassy of the United States and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) launched an anti-piracy film-making competition in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The event seeks to promote Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and the institution of a strong IP ecosystem in India. The competition is being held for students between the age of 18 and 25, from schools, colleges and universities throughout North India.
The contest calls for competitors to make one-minute video clips on the theme "Respect Copyrights, Steer Clear of Piracy."
Three of the best short films will be selected and felicitated in the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi.
